The 2^nd multi level crane has collapsed within ten weeks of the 1^st crane collapse in New York City. 2 people are confirmed dead as a result of the collapse. The collapse took place on 1749 1^st avenue. The crane destroyed an entire building side and there is still no word on how many injured people there are as a result.  The collapse reportedly took place at about 8 a.m. eastern time.

The image above shows the destruction caused by the first crane collapse just a few months ago. Certainly, the collapse raises serious questions about New York City's construction policies.
