While making her rounds to promote her latest album, “Breakout”, Miley Cyrus stated that these half-nude photos of her in Vanity Fair was a “mistake.” Miley talked about the matter during an appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America”.

"Anyone who was 15 years old can't say they haven't made a mistake. So I think it's just normal." Said Miley. Photographer Annie Lebovitz has stated that the images were misunderstood, while Miley’s father Billy Ray Cyrus was admittedly shocked by the revealing pictures.
