Doctors all over the United Sates and Mexico are on high alert over a new strain of the flu virus which is believed to have originated in birds, transferred to pigs and has infected humans.

So far, 60 people in Mexico have died from the pig / swine flu and as many as 8 people in the United States have been hospitalized. Symptoms include muscle pain, joint pain, chest pain and more. This particular strain of swine flu is said to infect even healthy people which uncharacteristic of other flu strains that would mainly infect unhealthy and elderly people.
